Before your first appointment, we ask that you complete our new client forms so we can better understand your pet’s needs. These forms may include your pet’s medical history and authorization to obtain records from your previous veterinarian. Completing them in advance helps ensure a smooth and efficient visit.
Your First Visit
During your first appointment, our team will take time to get to know you and your pet. We’ll review your submitted information, ask additional questions, and perform a thorough physical examination.
This exam typically includes evaluating:
- Eyes, ears, and teeth
- Heart and lungs
- Overall physical condition
If any concerns are identified, additional diagnostics may be recommended to better understand your pet’s health.
