Quality Care for You and Your Pet

Pet Wellness Group is proud to provide our clients and their pets with quality care. As a full-service facility, our day-to-day schedule includes everything from wellness checks to surgery and lab work. To keep our clinic running smoothly, we have implemented several standards and policies.

Appointment Policy

We schedule 30-minute appointments so that you have ample time to discuss your pet’s needs with our experienced technicians and doctors. In order to limit your waiting time and to provide more comprehensive care for your pet, we do require appointments. We will only accept walk-ins on an emergency basis or if time permitting. Any sick cases, we will work in the same day, but it may need to be as a drop off or there may be wait times to accommodate.

Arrival Policy

Payment Policy

We require payment on completion of services. We do not have payment plans, but we do accept CareCredit® which is a line of credit that can be used at any health care facility (veterinary or human).
